These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Sonlight Window Cleaning LLC (“Sonlight,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Colorado limited liability company, and govern your use of sonlightwindow.com, our quote engine, our SMS messaging program, and the residential and commercial window-cleaning, gutter-cleaning, and related services we provide across Colorado's Front Range (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Sonlight Window Cleaning is a Colorado-based residential and commercial window-cleaning and gutter-cleaning service operating across Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, and the surrounding Front Range. We are licensed and insured.
Quotes generated on our website or by our team are estimates based on the information you provide (address, story count, window count, add-on services). The final price may be adjusted on-site if the actual scope of work materially differs from what was described — for example, additional windows discovered on arrival, heavy mineral staining, or third-story access not disclosed at booking. We will tell you the revised price before starting work; you can decline and reschedule at no charge.
We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service in cases of unsafe conditions (severe weather, unsafe ladder placement, structurally unsound surfaces) and to charge a reasonable cancellation fee if you cancel a confirmed appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
Payment is due on completion of service unless we have agreed in writing to a different schedule (e.g., commercial net-30). Late balances may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
If you are not satisfied with a window we cleaned, contact us within 48 hours of service and we will return to re-clean that window at no additional charge. This guarantee covers our workmanship; it does not cover damage existing prior to our arrival, mineral or hard-water etching, or windows that become re-soiled by weather, construction, or third parties after we leave.
Sonlight operates an SMS messaging program at +1 (720) 650-0046 and +1 (720) 901-1696. Through this program we send quote replies, appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, post-service follow-ups, payment receipts, and occasional promotional offers to consumers who request a quote or book service.
Consent. You may opt in to receive SMS from Sonlight by (a) submitting our online quote form at sonlightwindow.com, (b) submitting a Meta Instant Form on Facebook or Instagram advertising Sonlight services, (c) texting us first, or (d) verbally agreeing during a phone call. The Meta Instant Form consent disclosure reads, verbatim: “By submitting this form, you agree to receive automated marketing texts from Sonlight Window Cleaning at the number provided. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.” We log the timestamp, opt-in source, and IP address (where available) for every opt-in.
Message frequency. Frequency varies. You can expect 2–8 messages per quote and up to 4 messages per scheduled job. Message and data rates may apply; check with your carrier.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and we will immediately end all SMS from Sonlight to that number. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected] or (303) 990-2878.
No third-party sharing of mobile data for marketing. Mobile phone numbers and consent to receive SMS are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data is kept separate from any data shared with service providers. We only disclose mobile numbers and SMS consent to the messaging vendors that send our texts (Twilio and Telnyx), and only to the extent necessary to deliver the messages you have consented to receive. You agree not to misuse the Services. Specifically you agree not to (a) scrape, crawl, or harvest content or contact information in violation of our robots.txt and rate limits, (b) submit fake quote requests or other false information, (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or (d) use the Services to transmit malicious software. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
All content on sonlightwindow.com — including photos, copy, quote logic, and our brand — is owned by Sonlight Window Cleaning LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Outside of the express satisfaction guarantee in Section 3, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonlight disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonlight's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid Sonlight for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law, including liability for personal injury caused by our negligence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. The parties waive any right to a jury trial.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on this page or communicated through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
