Sonlight Window Cleaning is the largest window cleaning company in Colorado and has been a trusted name across the Front Range since 1978. What started as a one-man operation has grown into a team of 40+ dedicated employees with 43 service trucks, serving Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, and every community in between.
The original Sonlight crew started cleaning windows in Boulder in the late 1970s — squeegees, T-bars, and a panel van. Forty-seven years later we're still doing the same fundamental work, but with much better gear: water-fed pole systems, deionized-water rinse, rope-descent for high-rises, and an autoquoter that returns a real, firm price for any address in our service area in 30 seconds.
Through every Front Range boom, recession, and weather event (Marshall Fire, NCAR Fire, the 2013 floods, every hailstorm in between), we've kept showing up. Today Sonlight is led by Jamison Weise, who runs day-to-day operations, dispatch, and customer experience. Lucia coordinates Front Range scheduling and handles everything that goes wrong when windows or weather don't cooperate. Angel and Christopher lead the residential and Colorado Springs crews respectively.

Sonlight is a full-service exterior cleaning company. Window cleaning is the core of what we do — interior, exterior, screens, sills, frames — but we've added gutter cleaning, pressure washing, soft wash, solar panel cleaning, screen repair, and post-construction cleanup over the years to handle the full exterior maintenance cycle for our customers.
We work residential and commercial. Most of our days are split between residential routes (single-family homes in the Denver metro and Front Range cities) and commercial accounts (offices, HOAs, storefronts, multi-unit residential, and the occasional high-rise). Our high-rise work uses rope-descent and bosun-chair systems, both OSHA-compliant under our $2M liability policy.
We're also the first Colorado window cleaning company built for autonomous AI booking. Our public OpenAPI spec, MCP server, and llms.txt manifest let any AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) quote and book a real appointment without a human in the loop. That's on our agents page.
Our service area covers Colorado's entire Front Range — from Fort Collins in the north to Colorado Springs in the south. Within that band we have full coverage; outside of it (Steamboat, Telluride, Grand Junction, Pueblo) we don't take jobs because the drive time eats the value of the work.
